These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of stampcarts.com and purchases made through the website.

The website is operated by Mujia Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., trading as stampcarts (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before placing an order. Our Shipping Policy, Return And Refund Policy, and Dispute Resolution policy provide additional information about your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law. Minors should use the website only with a parent’s or legal guardian’s supervision.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized system access, or distribution of malicious software.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell home hanging decorations and holiday ornaments.

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Approximate measurements and relevant product variations will be identified where applicable. These variations do not remove your rights when a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Unless specifically identified otherwise, our decorations are decorative articles, not children’s toys or pet toys. Follow product instructions and keep small parts, hanging cords, and packaging away from children and pets where they could present a hazard.

3. Prices and Payment

The applicable price and currency are displayed before purchase. Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges collected by us will be shown at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively increase the price of an existing order.

Payment processing may involve external providers whose applicable terms govern their services.

4. Orders and Corrections

Please review your order details carefully and contact us promptly about errors.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of stock availability, payment failure, a material listing error, or suspected unauthorized activity, we will explain the issue and available options. Any cancellation will comply with applicable law, and amounts collected for canceled items and associated charges will be refunded.

We will not increase an agreed order total or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

5. Shipping and Address Accuracy

Shipping options, charges, and delivery information are provided before purchase or in your order confirmation.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Customer-caused address errors may result in reasonable, documented correction, return, or reshipment costs payable by the customer.

If our error causes delivery failure, you may choose a full refund for the affected purchase, including its shipping charges, or a replacement shipment at our expense.

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery delays, missing packages, refused deliveries, and uncollected packages.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return And Refund Policy includes:

• Returns or exchanges requested within 30 calendar days of receipt for any reason, with customer-paid return and replacement shipping for change-of-mind requests.

• Full refunds for products that arrive defective, damaged, or with quality issues, with required return shipping paid by us.

• A 50% refund of the amount paid for products delivered after the latest delivery date stated at checkout or in the order confirmation, with no return required.

• Refund or replacement options for confirmed missing items and abnormal packages, at our expense where the issue was not caused by the customer.

• Exclusion of returns for products intentionally or maliciously damaged by the customer after delivery.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content is owned by us or used with authorization where applicable. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes.

Except as permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content.

8. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review for publication, you confirm that it reflects your experience and that you have the right to share any included content.

You retain ownership of your submission and permit us to display it in connection with the relevant product and website. We will not materially change its meaning.

We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or irrelevant submissions. We will not remove an honest review solely because it is negative.

9. Website Availability and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from unlawful use of the website or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection and conflict-of-laws rules.

This choice does not deprive you of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.

Where permitted by law, unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent People’s Court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. This does not restrict any mandatory right to bring a claim before another competent court.

You may contact service@stampcarts.com to seek a resolution. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising your legal rights.

11. Changes and Severability

Changes will be posted with an updated date and communicated where required by law. Revised Terms apply prospectively; existing purchases remain subject to the Terms applicable when the order was placed unless otherwise lawfully agreed.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
